CSURF Welcomes Tamara Alexander-Johnson as Executive Director, Real Estate Services
Colorado State University Research Foundation (CSURF) welcomes Tamara Alexander-Johnson as Executive Director of Real Estate Services, effective November 1, 2021. In this capacity, Tamara will oversee and work closely with the Project Management Team and of CSURF transactions and alongside his counterpart, John Slack, Executive Director or Property Management.
During her twenty-eight years of real estate experience, Tamara has led corporate real estate teams for Western Union, VF Corporation and BBVA Bank. She has represented various owners and investors with their assets including Etkin Johnson RE Partners, Pacifica Holding Co., Archstone Communities Trust and Western Property Development, and has completed over $ 3.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions at the local, national level. and global.

Al Paxton joins Encore Electric as Chief People Officer

NexCore Group recruits Vincent Cozzi as CIO / COO

Mr. Cozzi will split his time between NexCore’s corporate headquarters in Denver and Chicago.
Howell Construction hires Steve Jackson, Mark Laverty and Mindy Frink

Steve Jackson joins the team as Superintendent, bringing 24 years of experience working on commercial and multi-family office projects. Mindy Frink joins Howell as Marketing Director. With 16 years of marketing experience in the AEC industry, Mindy is a strategic addition to the team. His experience working with an integrated design-build company as well as a large national general contractor will help strengthen the company’s strategic approach to projects and client prosecutions.
