It was a night of double celebration for SkyWorld Development Group (SkyWorld) as the developer marked the completion of the SkyMeridien Residences and launched Solution+.

As part of the celebration, a media tour was held at the newly completed SkyMeridien Residences in Sentul East, Kuala Lumpur, for guests to experience the resort’s inspired development.

“SkyMeridien is completed on time amid the Covid-19 pandemic and ready to be handed over to the respective owners.

“Perfect for city dwellers aspiring to strike a balance between work and private life, we are confident that owners of SkyMeridien will be impressed with the facilities, the quality of workmanship and the investment made,” said Lee Chee Seng, CEO from Sky World.

SkyMeridien is a residential skyscraper comprised of 780 units, with sizes ranging from 581 square feet to 1,318 square feet.

Residents can expect to enjoy 32 types of facilities such as an Olympic-length swimming pool, three unique gymnasium concepts (indoor, outdoor and hydro), an arcade game room, a lounge and a relaxation area. shared work as well as multi-sport facilities with rock climbing and a half-court basketball court.

As a Certified Green Building, SkyMeridien is designed with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives in mind to save energy and resources.

The Sky Terrace on Level 33 is part of SkyMeridien’s resort-inspired facilities.

This development is equipped with an automated waste collection system to promote a cleaner and more hygienic environment while maximum cross ventilation, thermal comfort and daylight analysis have been taken into consideration for the hall, common hallways and living units.

The transit-oriented development also offers easy access to public transport such as the Sentul Timur LRT station, which is just 300 meters away via a covered walkway, and major highways.

Along with the completion of SkyMeridien, SkyWorld launched Solution+, Malaysia’s first ecosystem and enhanced e-commerce platform that connects SkyWorld owners and merchants.

“Gone are the days of painstakingly researching contacts, recommendations and price comparisons for home decor, renovations, furniture and other home solutions,” Lee said.

“Solution+ is designed to solve these problems by providing information at your fingertips.

“SkyWorld owners can take advantage of great savings and special packages from our preferred home solutions partners.

“It will also shorten the delivery time, which will make shopping convenient anytime, anywhere.

“This platform acts as a creative marketplace for our partners to showcase their products and services as well,” he explained.

Solution+ partners range from home decor and remodeling, furniture and appliances to telecommunications subscription services, movers, packers and rental services, which include Electrolux, Panasonic, Samsung, Buenos Kitchen, Maju Home Concept, BestMas and Profound Axis.

“During the app’s soft launch earlier this year, SkyWorld received an overwhelming response from its SkyMeridien and SkyAwani 3 buyers, with sales of over RM2.8 million achieved in one week.

“We strongly believe that with the introduction of Solution+, we will elevate the sky life experience in SkyWorld to a whole new level,” added Lee.

Four projects are also in preparation for SkyWorld in Setapak, Cheras, Taman Melawati and Setiawangsa.
